The Zoo and some Randoms

Bet you expected to see some animals in these pics. There aren't any. We went to the zoo a week ago, I think it was the last HOT day we had. It was awful. We spend ample time by the elephants in the comfort of lots of shade and misters, and even more time at the water playground. I'm certain this week's zoo trip will produce a pic or two with an animal in it. Aren't you all LOVING the weather?! FINALLY fall is here!!

Macey has also learned her very first animal sound, she does a great Pig Snort. Wouldn't guess that one to be the first, but it's adorable none the less. I'm working on catching it on video. Silly girl. She keeps us laughing all day long, we love that little squirt!!!
